How to register :

  • Fill out the application form.
    • Fill out the application form at the Information Desk or Application Desks on 2F. Submit it to Reception (provide the name, resident registration number, address and phone number of the patient).
    • You can choose between General and Special.
    • By selecting General, the available doctor will be appointed to you. By selecting Special, you can choose to see a particular specialist.
    • After submitting the form, please wait in the waiting room outside the designated department.
    • You can register between
      • 09:00 - 16:00 (Weekdays)
      • 09:00 - 17:00 (Wednesday)
      • 09:00 - 11:00 (Saturday)
  • Going to the Department
    • You will be examined at the department of Oral Medicine where basic conditions may be discussed. Then you will be directed to the appropriate department.
    • Once the department has been assigned, you will go through basic x-ray examinations and your chart will be submitted to the department you have been directed to.
  • Payment
    • When you receive a payment slip, take the number ticket from the dispenser and go to the desk with your ticket number.
    • When your department is assigned, you will be x-rayed and directed to a department.
    • Sometimes you may be required to pay for the next appointment beforehand or on the day of the next appointment.
    • Sometimes you may be directed to the pharmacy outside the hospital instead of the in-hospital pharmacy for your prescription and syringe medication.
    • Present your receipt for the administration of medication or test.
    • Keep your receipt with you as it may be required for medical expense deductions.
  • Booking the Next Appointment
    • For the information regarding an appointment, such as date, time and name of your doctor, please check the receipt. Please register at your department on the day of the appointment.
    • The receipt cannot be re-issued.

Payment method

You can pay with cash or credit card. When you pay by credit card, you can choose the currency, either Korean won or dollars.


Medications prescribed from the outpatient clinic are usually not included in the outpatient bill. Thus, you should buy prescribed medicine at the pharmacy outside of the hospital.
